The Beginnings

Since its foundation, LVG Group has stood out thanks to its innovative method capable of improving the performance of hotels and facilities in the hospitality sector by offering owners, investors and managers ad hoc solutions aimed at increasing turnover, optimizing costs and the consequent improvement in margins.
A careful analysis of the structure's income statement and a contextual dynamic pricing strategy aimed at continuously intercepting demand are the pillars underlying the LVG Group method which has allowed the group constant growth since its foundation.

The definition of the strategy starts from an analysis of the income statement with a focus on both costs and revenues.

In the first case we evaluate how to optimize them with small effective interventions; for revenues we analyze the variables that lead to defining the ideal positioning and sales rate to continuously intercept demand.

Feasibility studies

We create the forecast business plan of your project based on the construction, investment and management variables of a new or existing accommodation facility.

The objective is to identify the most profitable hotel project thanks to full awareness of the context in which it will be implemented, the target audience and the market conditions. Thanks to our feasibility study our clients will have a business plan and a forecast income statement in which costs and revenues relating to different possible scenarios will be examined.

LVG Hotel Collection

Thanks to the experience gained in the hospitality industry, LVG group has launched its own direct hotel management brand. LVG Hotel Collection today manages facilities spread throughout the national territory with a leisure, MICE and business travel vocation.

The hotels are located in the most beautiful locations in our country. Lake Maggiore, the sea of Sardinia, the cultural attractions that are a UNESCO World Heritage Site are the backdrop to our facilities and complete the hospitality offer of the LVG Hotel Collection.

LVG Academy

The LVG group, which has always been attentive to the continuous professional growth of people, founded the training school aimed at teaching and improving the skills necessary in the hospitality industry. Our courses are open to both the LVG Hotel Collection employees and to the collaborators of the hotels for which LVG group is a consultant.

LVG Group, with its trainers, also collaborates on funded training projects, thanks to the membership of the structure's staff in an inter-professional joint fund.
Furthermore, we are the main partner of the master's degree in "Hospitality and innovation" at the Amedeo Avogadro University of Eastern Piedmont.
