The meeting room, approximately 46 sqm, is arranged in a theater-style setup with chairs equipped with writing tablets and can accommodate up to 40 participants. A table for up to 2 speakers is provided, complete with water, candies, and stationery.
The room offers adjustable lighting with natural light, a large ceiling-mounted screen for projections, and a NEC UM301X HD projector with 3000 lumens, included in the setup.

- Restrooms adjacent to the conference room and a built-in coat rack with hangers inside the room, suitable for use as a cloakroom.
- Internet connection via ADSL WI-FI line with a shared 80 Mbps bandwidth among all guest devices (download speed: 79 Mbps; upload speed: 19 Mbps).
- Video connections for event setup by our staff: VGA and HDMI cables will be available in the room (please note we do not provide adapters for Apple laptops/tablets). As for audio, guests can use the projector’s built-in speakers via the HDMI cable.
